I wrote a post about Norman Wisdom back on 18 Jan 2008 after watching aTV programme about how his family was being affected by his creeping dementia. It was funny, sad and poignant…. and the programme wasn’t bad too. Only joking Mr Grimsdale. Upon hearing the news this morning that Norman had passed away after a series of strokes I had another read of the posting and I think it stands up OK.  I always found old Norm to be more annoying than amusing but compared to some members of his family he was grace personified. Check on the search facility on the home page if you fancy another read.
